Hello, i’m Tonny Adhi Sabastian, half engineer - half academician. I have more than 13 years of experiences in various fields of tech. engineering related to Operating System, Computer Networking, Distributed System, Software Development, HPC, Embedded System, and Cloud Computing. During those time, I also have experiences in teaching and academic researches.
I grew up on Free/Open Source Software (F/OSS). Previously, i and my team maintained a nationwide F/OSS at our university. I have also have given talks in several F/OSS conferences, such as Gnome Asia, OpenSuse Asia and Ubuntu Asia.
After that, i served at MAPAN (part of GOJEK group) as Technical Architect and DevOps engineer. I then served at KoinWorks as App Architect, but only for short time.
I stayed at Stockbit for one and half years as Principal System Engineer. I was building Stockbit prototype for Cryptocurrency Exchange with my team.
Currently, i work at Pintu as SRE Tech Lead Specialist. Beside that, i also do some DevOps and System Architecture consultancies.
My topics of interests are Operating System, Pervasive Computing, High Performance System, Distributed and Cloud Computing, also Embedded System.
